These Terms & Conditions are based on how we operate our mobile car detailing services across the Bay Area. This page does not constitute legal advice. Terms & Conditions – The Basics
At J&E Platinum Details, we deliver professional mobile car detailing throughout the Bay Area—from Mill Valley to Danville and all through Redwood City. By booking with us, customers agree to the following conditions:
Service Area: We serve homes and businesses throughout the Bay Area, including the Peninsula and San Francisco. Service availability may depend on location access.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment qualify for a full refund. Late cancellations (under 48 hours) require a $25 fee. No refunds are given for no-shows or late cancellations.
Payments: We accept cash and mobile payments (e.g., Venmo, Zelle). Full payment is due upon completion of service.
Customer Requirements: The vehicle must be accessible in a driveway with a nearby water source. We may not be able to perform the service without it.
Weather Rescheduling: If it rains on your appointment day, we're happy to reschedule your service at no extra charge.
Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or loss of valuables left in the vehicle. Please remove any items before service.
Marketing Materials: With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for marketing purposes. No personal identifiers will be shared.
